This place was poppin'! We got there right before it became busy. We sat outside in the sun - it was so nice. Server was attentive and quick. The food was good! Perfect portions, not too expensive for a tourist town. I just got a simple bacon and eggs and my boyfriend got the danish sausage and eggs. Super delicious! Would love to come back again.

Cozy and small restaurant with a punch of flavor. Visited two days in a row to have their delicious, crunchy, fluffy waffles. They were yummy and hot, their warm syrup made them even tastier. We had different plates, from omelets to the chicken fried steak and every single plate tasted as good. Will definitely be coming back. They have indoor and outdoor sitting. We came in December, so sitting outside was a little chilly but the sun hitting you was great. Service was great and fast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Quickly seated, outside, on a Saturday at 10 am. Ordered within 5 minutes of being seated and less than a minute drinking hot & tasty coffee. Outdoor seating is noisy with music, cars and people talking; and some people yelling in the streets. Food arrived exactly as ordered and tasted great. A second cup of coffee was right behind. Pleasurable experience.

Our group of 3, made a stop in Solvang for a some touristy festivities. We parked and needed to eat! We stepped up to The Belgian Cafe and people were waiting. Uh oh. BUT, they offered us counter seating and we were seated immediately. Score! Started with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Perfect. Opted for the Traveler's Special Waffle. Waffle served with butter and warm maple syrup, bacon & fruit cup. I don't typically order waffles, but given it was Belgian style, I ordered and it was worth it. Not too heavy and crispy, I inhaled it. Nothing left. Tried a bite of the Danish sausage, but the bacon was salty and crispy, so I preferred my bacon. Place is crowded and staff is going a million miles per hour. Had to flag down staff for check when we were ready to leave (and we were sitting at the counter). But for the price and quality, it was perfect.

Nice old diner with fast friendly service and good food. Indoor & outdoor seating available. We enjoyed Solvang Danish Style Sausage & Egg Breakfast and Crepe Jambon. My crepe was stuffed with ham & cheese. The fruit on side was fresh and a welcomed lighter bite. We really enjoyed trying Danish Solvang style sausage too- you can't get that just anywhere!

The café is a quaint little area of Solvang, California. Kind of away from the heavy traffic, which is nice. It's off the street of Copenhagen I'm sure busy times this place can get packed and there are a handful of chairs and nice tables to sit at . I ordered the classic eggs, Benedict and it did not let you down ! Super tasty ,perfectly made, and it was just a right amount of food. The person serving me was very cordial and super tentative! I wish I can give this place five stars , the reason I did not I was really hoping for some Belgian hot cocoa. This came from a little machine, still tasty. For sure if you're staying in Solvang for a decent amount of time, I would try this place out for sure . :-)

Came here for a weekend getaway and had to stop here again. It's in walking distance from our hotel. They have inside and outside dining. Today, there was no wait. We ordered the pastrami melt and the tuna melt. We also had the mimosas. Everything was delicious and thanks to Priscilla our server.

I was very happy with my visit during breakfast time. Get there before 9, otherwise there will be a line and a wait time for a table. I loved absolutely everything about this place, starting with the cute design and good menu. The waiters are very polite and helpful. I was really impressed with how generous the fruit portions are: I got a cup of fruits as a side and it was filled to the brim, and the crepes that came with fruits were all fresh and delicious.
